(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1）具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；2）具有輸變電工程專業(yè)承包資質三級及以上資質；3）具有有效的安全生產許可證；4）擬派項目負責人：擬派項目經(jīng)理需具備機電工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師資格，同時具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書。以上項目負責人以在上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設管理委員會網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇剩趦郧覠o在建項目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外，擬派項目經(jīng)理在招標投標文件遞交時不得調整，不得有在建項目。投標文件中需提交響應截止日前3個工作日內打印的注冊建造師《投標項目負責人基本情況表》（通過上海市建設市場信息服務平臺https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查詢、截圖）。5）符合《關于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
