Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The Zhuqiao Town comprehensive waste disposal project is planned to implement the Zhuqiao Town comprehensive waste disposal project, including on-site collection of rural household waste, removal of household waste from residential areas, and removal of household waste from enterprises and institutions; Construction and decoration waste in residential areas, large waste from residential areas, green waste, and rural agricultural waste are cleared and disposed of.

2. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn).

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力及相應(yīng)的履約能力；
（2）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
（3）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
（4）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)；
