簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開競爭性磋商的采購方式選取一家合格供應(yīng)商完成全民所有自然資源資產(chǎn)清查，本項(xiàng)目主要工作內(nèi)容：開展浦東新區(qū)基準(zhǔn)時(shí)點(diǎn)全民所有土地資源、未確定使用權(quán)人國有建設(shè)用地、森林資源、濕地資源資產(chǎn)清查，對(duì)浦東新區(qū)基準(zhǔn)時(shí)點(diǎn)資產(chǎn)清查成果進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查，編制區(qū)級(jí)資產(chǎn)清查成果。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description: The project intends to select a qualified supplier to complete the inventory of all natural resource assets owned by the whole people through open and competitive negotiation procurement, and the main work content of the project is to carry out the inventory of all land resources owned by the whole people at the benchmark time point of Pudong New Area, state-owned construction land, forest resources and wetland resources assets of the undetermined user right holder, conduct quality inspection of the inventory results of the assets at the benchmark time point of Pudong New Area, and prepare the results of the district-level asset inventory. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
