(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）具備電力工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)并同時(shí)具有“國家能源局監(jiān)管局 （或國家電力監(jiān)管委員會）”頒發(fā)的承裝、承修、承試五級以 上（含五級）電力設(shè)施許可證；
（2）擬安排項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須為機(jī)電工程二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
（3）具備建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體形式。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Having a Level 3 or higher general contracting qualification for power engineering construction and also possessing a Level 5 or higher (including Level 5) power facility installation, repair, and testing license issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission); (2) The project manager is a registered construction engineer of Level 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader for other ongoing construction projects. (3) Having a valid Safety Production License issued by the construction department; (4) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" and China Government Procurement Network; (5) This project does not accept consortium forms
