4、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)；
5、本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established in China (this project (does not accept) branch to participate in procurement activities in its own name); 2, with municipal public engineering construction general contracting grade III and above qualification; 3, with safety production license (valid period); 4. The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of a registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, and shall have an effective safety production examination certificate; 5.
