簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：臨港新片區(qū)申港彩林（一期）工程范圍北至蔣港南岸，南至蘆潮引河北岸，西至兩港大道東側(cè)，東至人民塘隨塘河西岸。本次招標(biāo)內(nèi)容為對(duì)項(xiàng)目涉及到的超高壓天然氣燃?xì)夤芫€進(jìn)行沉降監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)護(hù)，其中 1、監(jiān)測(cè)周期：本工程高壓燃?xì)夥雷o(hù)樁及堆土施工期間的監(jiān)測(cè)（暫估工期5個(gè)月），及堆土完工后期觀測(cè)1-**個(gè)月直至變形穩(wěn)定。2、監(jiān)護(hù)周期：本工程高壓燃?xì)夥雷o(hù)樁及堆土施工期間的監(jiān)護(hù)（暫估工期5個(gè)月），其中與天然氣管道危險(xiǎn)性較大的工序采用重點(diǎn)全程監(jiān)護(hù)。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The scope of the Lingang New Area Shangang Colourful Forest (Phase I) project extends north to the south bank of Jianggang, south to the north bank of Luchao River, west to the east side of Lianggang Avenue, and east to the west bank of Renmin Tang Suitang River. The content of this bidding is to conduct settlement monitoring on the ultra-high pressure natural gas pipelines involved in the project (see Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

（4）具備巖土工程專業(yè)巖土工程物探測(cè)試檢測(cè)監(jiān)測(cè)專業(yè)資質(zhì)乙級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)或具備自然資源部頒發(fā)的測(cè)繪乙級(jí)（含工程測(cè)量）及以上資質(zhì)。
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a professional qualification of Grade B or above in geotechnical engineering geophysical testing, detection and monitoring, or having a surveying and mapping Grade B (including engineering surveying) or above qualification issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources. (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
