簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)采購(gòu)的方式，擇優(yōu)選取一家供應(yīng)商，提供1艘漁船，并在大治河港槽攔截點(diǎn)進(jìn)行值守，保障合法合規(guī)船舶正常通行，禁止外來(lái)漁船進(jìn)入港槽，并協(xié)助執(zhí)法部門(mén)進(jìn)行驅(qū)趕，對(duì)扣押的船只協(xié)助看護(hù)，同時(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)攔截設(shè)施的保養(yǎng)維護(hù)，確保正常使用。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）。
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a supplier through public procurement, provide one fishing boat, and be on duty at the interception point of the Dazhi River port to ensure the normal passage of legal and compliant vessels, prohibit foreign fishing vessels from entering the port channel, and assist law enforcement departments to drive away, assist in the care of the seized vessels, and strengthen the maintenance of interception facilities to ensure normal use. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
