2、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包；
4、本項(xiàng)目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)法人等各類(lèi)供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Potential bidders who provide services such as overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, inspection, etc. for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project.
2. Different potential bidders whose unit heads are the same person or who have a direct holding or management relationship shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract.
3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
4. This project conducts procurement from various types of suppliers, including large, medium, small and micro enterprises, and institutional legal persons.
