簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目分為道路檢測(cè)和橋梁檢測(cè)兩部分內(nèi)容。道路檢測(cè)主要工作內(nèi)容為對(duì)新片區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的的城市道路和公路進(jìn)行技術(shù)狀況進(jìn)行全面普查，主要檢測(cè)指標(biāo)包括路面狀況指數(shù)（PCI）、路面行駛質(zhì)量指數(shù)（RQI）、路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)（PSSI）等內(nèi)容。普查按季度進(jìn)行，每季度檢測(cè)總里程的四分之一，并按采購(gòu)人要求出具當(dāng)季度考核報(bào)告，輔助采購(gòu)人對(duì)道路服務(wù)與管養(yǎng)水平進(jìn)行考核。橋梁檢測(cè)主要工作內(nèi)容為對(duì)**4座直管橋梁，**1座鎮(zhèn)管橋梁進(jìn)行外觀檢測(cè)，從而掌握橋梁基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和目前的技術(shù)狀況等級(jí)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is divided into two parts: road inspection and bridge inspection. The main job of road inspection is to conduct a comprehensive survey of the technical conditions of urban roads and highways within the new area. The main inspection indicators include pavement condition index (PCI), pavement driving quality index (RQI), pavement structural strength index (PSSI), etc. The census is conducted quarterly, with a quarter of the total mileage tested each quarter, and a quarterly assessment report is issued according to the purchaser's requirements to assist the purchaser in assessing the level of road service and maintenance. The main job of bridge inspection is to conduct visual inspection on **4 straight pipe bridges and **1 town managed bridges, in order to grasp the basic data and current technical status of the bridges.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至****年**月**日。質(zhì)量保修期為驗(yàn)收合格后半年。

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力及相應(yīng)的履約能力；
4、具有公路工程試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)綜合類等級(jí)證書或公路水運(yùn)工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)證書（公路工程-乙級(jí)及以上和公路工程-橋梁隧道工程專項(xiàng)）；
5、具有省級(jí)及以上質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門頒發(fā)的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書（CMA）；
6、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的其他采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
7、本項(xiàng)目專門面向小微企業(yè)采購(gòu)；
