Brief Specification Description:The main construction content includes the foundation layer and surface layer of the sports field. The foundation layer includes: newly constructed foundation, foundation reconstruction, newly constructed drainage ditch, replacement of drainage ditch cover plate, addition of asphalt foundation cover, reconstruction of artificial grass concrete foundation drainage blind ditch; The thickness and materials of the surface layer are selected according to different site uses and academic stages. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、 符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
2、 ****年1月1日至今未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、 須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、 供應商應同時具備以下施工資質：1）中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質；
5、 企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產許可證；
6、 擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人（（以響應文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項目負責人基本情況表》為準（通過上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設管理委員會網站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應文件提交截止時間前7 天內打印有效））。
7、 處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標期間的單位不得參與競爭；
8、 本項目不允許轉包。
