4、具有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級(jí)或以上資質(zhì)；或中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工專業(yè)承包建筑裝修裝飾工程二級(jí)或以上資質(zhì)；
5、企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（（以響應(yīng)文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》為準(zhǔn)（通過(guò)上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前7 天內(nèi)打印有效））
